Adkins goes to Dodgers

Wilson Central High graduate ('04) James Adkins was selected by the Los Angeles Dodges with the 39th overall pick in the MLB draft. The 6-6 lefty is the all-time strikeout leader at UT, ninth all-time in the SEC. Both his parents played basketball at Mt. Juliet High.
