Strength and Success Rankings

I am amazed that people just refuse to read and show their ignorance on public boards. The strength and success ratings are just what they say they are:

 

The Schedule Strength column (left) ranks teams based on the

average win percentage of their scheduled opponents.

 

The Strength + Success column (right) combines the opponent win percentage

from the left with the team's own win percentage. Teams that perform better

against opponents that perform better will rank higher.

 

Such a ranking is guaranteed to produce skewed results. The poll, by definition, does not take into account head to head competition. That should answer your question.

Kelly, Relax man! It will all be ok! just remember what i said about rankings and stats. There is always some kind of idiocracy going on here at coach t. i wished they would never come out with rankings and stats. i say, do it week 10 of the season, then we would really know who the PRETENDERS are and who the CONTENDERS are!

why do you say take it easy on him? I will. Just trying to take it one game at a time and get better on the little things each and every week. they will play hard because it is a rivalry game. Just want to finish 1 or 2 in the region so as not to face you or maplewood in round one!
