What are the requirments for a student to transfer from one school to the other?

Can a coach not give a release and if so how can you justify that?

The only way a kid can transfer is if there is a change of address by the player and his/her parents! The athlete must live with their parents or legal guardians and they must all move together. There must be a letter from the previous school stating the player was in good academic standing and the new school must fill out a transfer form. No one can work out with a team until they have officially registered and the transfer has been approved by the tssaa.
