In the 2nd qtr, Spring Hill outscored Page, 13-12, as Brown hit a three, Williams, Currie, and Stephens each had 2, Tucker had 2 (0 of 2 FT's), and Julius hit 2 of 4 FT's while Page's Finney had 5 (1 of 1 FT's), Canas hit a three, Pitts had 3 (1 of 2 FT's), and Bagsby hit 1 of 2 FT's as Page led at the half, 29-25.

 

In the 3rd qtr, Page outscored SH, 15-14, as Fly had 6 (0 of 1 FT's), Pitts had 4, Hastings hit a three, and Finney had 2 while SH's Currie had 6, Williams hit a three, both Brown and Julius had 2 each, and Carter hit 1 of 2 FT's as Page led after 3 qtrs, 44-39.

 

In the 4th qtr, Spring Hill outscored Page, 17-13, as Julius had 8, Tucker had 5 with a three, and both Currie and Brown had 2 each while Page's Finney had 6 (0 of 1 FT's), Fly hit a three, and both Pitts and Woodis had 2 each as Page got the important district win at 57-56.

 

The final seconds of play were quite dramatic as Spring Hill's Jerome Tucker hit a basket with 5.8 seconds remaining that put Spring Hill up 56-55 - their only lead of the game. Page called time out to set up what would be the winning goal. Brad Finney took the inbounds pass and drove the length of the floor to hit the winning layup at the buzzer. What a game!!!!

 

Page improves their District 10-AA record to 4-9 while Spring Hill's record is now 6-7.

 

In the final district games of the season, Page travels to Pulaski to face Giles Co. while Spring Hill travels to Lewisburg to face Marshall Co.
