Pre-Game Academy Roundball Classic

There will be a boys & girls 3 point contest and a boys' dunk contest which is probably going to be one of the best in a while with the following participating:

Dominique Harris Tim Benford

 

Its going to be a pretty good one!

They should add a football team and maybe they could keep players like that, would have made a good team maybe strong enough to get past CSAS and Temple.

Comes from an athletic family. Sister plays at Chatt. State (once score 40+0 in high school), cousin that started games in football and basketball @ Tyner as a freshman this past year and cousin starred at 21st Century. Lil Brother is also going to be special. All good kids!

If I had to guess, I would say Red Bank or Tyner because the family has ties to both schools and both schools have good football programs, at which he also excelled (QB). Also, both (basketball) Coach Cherne (RB) and Coach Harris (Tyner) have shown that they're willing to play quality Freshmen, as did Football Coach Turner at Tyner. This kid is a leader and is actually more vocal in his leadership than any of his older siblings, although his skill level hadn't caught up just yet.

I dont know this kid but he may be better off at Red Bank because they lost a lot of Great players and will be rebuilding for the next two years. The region is weak though and they may compete. The teams like cleveland and Rhea county are not what they use to be. Plus Tyner had a freshman QB this year that is the real deal

It looks like there is pretty good talent in this game. I'd like to see all of these guys on one team and see how they would do against other all star teams in the state.

I really dont know how that is set up but from the looks of it they can because we have lost a lot of athletes that played for Howard feeder schools and went on to play for other High Schools because they fealt they would get more playing time
