The 9u Dayton Hoopstars were clearly the best team. No one else was close. They thrashed the 9u MC Players 43-8. They did not, however, win the tournament in that they forfeited the championship game due to a lack of competition and left early to travel home. The 9u MC Players soundly defeated the Tennessee Stars ( twice ) and the Hickman Flight and would have finished second but for the forfeit which technically made them champs for what it is worth.
