man you would think these were prime jobs to keep forever. why are these coaches quitting? good pay and talent galore. there has got to be something wrong in the schools. this is not just a basketball problem here. it occurs in every sport. makes me appreciate old randy king even more. he just keeps plodding along over there doesn't he?

Yes, randy king is a great coach. I played for him and everyone has the great respect for him. There must be a reason coaches are leaving ruterford county but it can't be the teaching responsiblities. I understand mostly, all they have to do is coach, teaching position is not what they are hired for.
