who are the best?

i have been reading the post on what player is the best at what postion and what team they play for and it has occured to me that no one person came make or break a TEAM. it take' nine players to field a team to play the game of softball. in any givn game a player can have a bad game but if she plays as a team player and her team

plays team softball they will pick each other up at the appropriate time. a great pithcer also needs a great catcher and a great in field and a great outfield and then you got to have great bats,that's what make a TEAM. so to all the girls that has not been named to the outstanding post on coacht by the offical know it alls. YOU ARE IMPORTANT ALSO BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE GREAT WITHOUT ALL OF THE TEAM ON THE FIELD. /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />

Too much emphasis given on awards too. Heard the Westview coach kicked a girl off for an episode after their district championship game. A senior was upset because she didn't receive an individual award. Also heard another quit after their regional championship game. Went and saw both games and was impressed by the young players that Westview has. What are kids being taught these days and when did it ever become ok to quit something. And especially when you're winning. I know winning isn't everything but it sure solves a lot of problems. District 13AA has definitely raised its level of play but I hear this all over the area. Anyways congrats to a fine Westview team. Hopefully their success is a sign to the other teams in this district that they can all do some damage in postseason.
