The more things change the more they stay the same! Looking waaaaaaay ahead.....

I was looking at the realignment figures in the Tennessean and came to a realization, Nothing changes much at all. Looks like the same teams are going to be the fav., just in a new class. There will be some changes in 2A, but for the most part.......same old same old.

Here is my list of who should be in the thick of it from 2009-2011 in each class. No order, just a list.

1A-S. PITT., JO BYRNS, BRUCETON

2-A- HUNTINGDON, PEABODY, MCKINZIE, ONEIDA, TROUSDALE CO., CASCADE (2A WILL BE MUCH MORE FUN WITHOUT ALCOA)

3-A ALCOA, CAK,DCA,GOODPASTURE,MILAN,WESTVIEW (STILL THE BEST CLASS TOP TO BOTTOM)

4-A DAVID LIPSCOMB, DYERSBURG, CROCKETT CO.

5-A HENRY CO.,DYER CO.,MILLINTON,MELROSE (KNOCK DOWN DRAG OUT HERE)

6-A MARYVILLE, MARYVILLE,RIVERDALE,MARYVILLE,GERMANTOWN,MARYVILLE,ALCOA.....RAT KILLING!

So who would you rank as the top two in each class......?????? /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

You raise a good point CATFISH, what would these classes look like without the ABC's if they all (or most) go Division? 3A could lose a lot of good teams.....not that it matters. Thanks Alcoa. Do you think this new plan could move us close to a real split? /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

So Fulton & Austin-East are not going to be good in 4A?

For sure they will! Week in and week out all of 4A will be a nasty place to live, maybe even more so than 5A.
