In the Semi-Finals of District 11 A-AA held at Van Buren Co., #1 seed Page advanced to the Championship match with a 3-0 win over #3 seed Community, 26-24, 25-9, 25-13. This match was played in protest as Community Coach Allison Layne felt the brackets were setup incorrectly in that Community should have been playing #2 seed Eagleville instead. She told me that she had pointed the error out as soon as she saw it to tournament officials, but apparently in the end the brackets remained as first distributed.
