Everyone at West Greene is pulling for you all CAK, get the job done tonight. We need you all to win so we can get into the playoffs, even if we have to play Alcoa, it doesnt matter we just want to go, so get it done tonight.

Thanks for the support, even if it is self-serving. Hopefully CAK can deliver for you and themselves as well. It is Halloween though you know and strange things happen.

Good luck tonight, and take care of business early.

Here's one for you.

Steal Borrow a bag of candy from one of those ugly kids for me....

We will take whatever luck we can get. Thanks for the well wishes. I came to Alcoa lastnight without a date (previous post) and watched the game with Loudon. Was too late for "too hype" but did see the inflatible helmet, why no smoke? I didn't employee your camoflaug techniques, I was dressed in Warrior attire, hoping I may meet some of the Alcoa coachT faithfuls, no luck. Did meet some nice people though. Nice balloon salute to the Scott Co. cheerleaders.

GVK:

Was going to call and invite you to go to Alcoa/Loudon lastnight with me but couldn't reach you. I tried their burgers, not bad, but certainly not as good as Back Yard Burgers! I told BYB guy that he owes us for all the advertising we give him on this board, I think I've got us hooked up for some free burgers next year /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" /> When we go to Alcoa next year we will have to go early and try out Bread of Heaven and rub elbows with "Bridge" and all the other tornados. Maybe they can give us a quick graphics class while we're there.

I wish you had reached me, I would have enjoyed going to that game. I had thought about it myself but didn't make it.

Although I am a happily married man, Slim did get me thinking that you probably wouldn't want to know why I like to watch football all the time like my wife. Maybe he's on to something.

BTW, didn't Bridge offer to throw US a pizza party if CAK scored on their starters? I'll settle for the famous Bread of Heaven... (A little known secret: that smoke coming out of the helment is from the pizza ovens!) /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" />

Nice game by the Warriors. I am proud of the way our team kept fighting when things seemed to be going the other way. IMO, that was the most aggressive I've seen the defense this year. CAK played a very physical game, and was very intense on offense and defense. The OL did a great job again creating openings for CAK's backs. The defense played very tough against the run. Plenty of things to work on: Penalties and turnovers but a great game nevertheless. I heard a number of people talking about how much they enjoyed that game. Congrats to the Warriors finishing the season strong, and good luck getting healed up and ready for Gat Pitt.

    • I don't believe they have anyone that is surbers caliber but a decent staff overall.
    • Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?
    • Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
    • I heard Alabama was at Antioch practice and Colorado has offered QB. Hoping the Bears have a great year.
