The Top Ten Reasons Waverly Will Give the Lions a Good Game

 

10. The Wavo football players had rather beat Camden as go on a date with Jessica Biel.

9. The Wavo coaches had rather beat Camden as get stranded on a hot, tropical island with Halle Berry.

8. The JACKSON SUN, after 70 years of putting Camden down, finally had a positive article about the Lions, and

THE SUN was wrong as usual, in stating Camden had already won the region crown.

7. Waverly is jealous of us because our women are better looking than theirs. Most of theirs are welders

and heavy equipment operators. Our women are true Southern Belles.

6. Waverly gets mad because we bring so many fans we take up our side and half of their side too.

5. We have become their number one rival only after they stopped playing McEwen because the Warriors kept

beating them.

4. None of the Wavo students in the high school or jr. high can remember Wavo beating us in a high school football game.

3. If Wavo only went 1-9, they would want the one win to be over Camden.

2. Waverly don't like us because we can go toe to toe with Lewis Co. and they have NEVER been able to do that.

1. Riverball is always riverball. Just playing on that side of the scummy pond is worth 10 points for Wavo. It

always has been, and always will be.
