Congrats to SC first playoff home game, Be PROUD AND RERESENT 7AA WELL, Congrats to WAVERLY, I think you can beat Lewis County, but you'll have to play mistake free, HUNTINGDON, tough task, Usj's tough, find some pass defense cause they can't or won't run the ball. CAMDEN, put on your work clothes, strap on your helmets tight, remember last year this team from Fairview will come to play. LAST YEAR FOR 7AA REPRESENT WELL, GIVE EM ALL A BAD MEMORY TO TAKE HOME WITH EM. win or lose play with everything you've got LEAVE IT ALL ON THE FIELD. If you can do that(and you will) you'll have nothing to be ashmed of. GO!!!!!! 7AA!!!!!!

congratulations to each team!! good luck to everyone and to the seniors, PLAY YOUR HEARTS OUT!! SHOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THE SPORT, DONT LET IT BE YOUR LAST GAME!!!

 

Camden should come away with the victory, especially after waverly opened up some weaknesses i'm sure ward will have all that straightened out this week, keep strong lions!

 

Stewart County has a big challenge but with the home crowd i think they have a great shot...just hold on all 4 quarters and watch the skies because these private schools love the passing game...good luck rebels you have deserved it!

 

Waverly, tough tough game, youv been there once and know what to expect from earlier this season maybe that will help us. remember what worked against camden and use it, it could do the same against the panthers...play error free game and take control...and lets see if we can get some support to travel to hohenwald this week, maybe a convoy or something!!

 

Huntingdon, way to turn the season around...keep the tradition alive mustangs, play as hard as you can till the final horn blows and don't look at the score board just keep bringing the hits!!

 

Good luck to all of 7aa lets come out with a winning record this week!!! 4-0??!! it can be done!!!

Camden I think you can do it and represent region 7 with power and class

Wavo you know what to expect learn from the past "Those who do not learn from the past are condemned to repeat it" Go play like your capable of

Huntingdon all the way to the quarters where you will rematch Milan same thing learn from the past

SC you'll never make it past Goodpasture

I expect to see Camden and Huntingdon second round

Wavo ???????? If you will play like your capable and not make mistakes or come out flat

SC the sacrifical lamb of the bunch at least you don't have to waste the gas going to Nashville

      One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.

      If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.

      I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
