I REALLY DONT KNOW IF WEST GREENE CAN STAY WITH HAPPY VALLY AND HAPPY VALLY IS PLAYING AT HOME . I WOULD HAVE TO SAY HV WILL TAKE THIS ONE BY 14 OR MORE BUT NEXT ROUND MIGHT BE A DIFFERENT STORY WHEN THEY HAVE TO FACE LOUDON. GOOD LUCK HV THANKS FOR ALL THE CHEERING AT THE CG GAME.

Hey no problem man. Yeah it will be a different story but if we play with our full potental then we can beat anybody....well maybe exepct Alcoa. Thanks for your support for us against WG. I dont believe they can stay with us either.

42-0 Nothing are you serious!!! If your expecting another 39-0 win your in for a suprise...this aint the same WG team that came up there earlier in the season...their prepared, angry, and ready for revenge and what better place to get it then at HV. I cant wait to see the look on yalls faces when we run it all over you friday night! If you think your going burn us all night like last time your crazy have our secondary was sick that night and we have improved so much better in that area heck half the time your quarterback just threw it up and somehow (Luck) a reciever would catch it....It should be a great game and hopefully the buffs will come out wanting it more and winning this one by 6...20-14 GO BUFFS!!

I understand...HV played a great game the 1st time held ward to 16yards i think and prolly around 30 for the whole team but quit living the past! This is the plyoffs and west greene is ready to make history and gain respect....HV think this is an easy 1st round win but they got another thing coming they got their heads so far up their #### that they are going run over everyone but this time WG will show everyone that their the ones who believe in theirselves and know they can win this one

Look i know that your passionate about ur team but u need to chill out. WG isnt gonna dominate or run over anyone. Anyone decent that is. If you do beat HV it will be close and it will be hard. You say that you guys are coming in better than what you were at the starting of the year. That may be true, but what has HV done too? IMPROVED! They wouldntve won region if it wasnt for them playing tough at key times, and a little luck, but they won it. You guys should be happy youre playing HV, because CG stepped in front of a bullet for you guys and are gonna take on the probable state champs. I was rooting for you guys at WG because i wanted to see you have a winning season and do good out of pity but now im leaning towards HV because you just talk too much about something thats not gonna happen............No domination on either side friday night and HV comes out fired up to shut guys like you up that cant quit giving other teams bulletin board material. C'mon. be smart when you talk, just because they dont post on here, doesnt mean the others teams players arent looking and seeing everything youre saying and all its doing is making them want it more.

i believe HV has gotten better over the season...i didn't say were going throw 39-0 on y'all i said were going run it over you all...power football like we like it..I also agree with you that no one is going be dominated on either side...but you seem like I'm the only one on here talking smack but if you look earlier in this topic all it is is cocky warrior fans like yourself....CG beat y'all and we ran it down their throats with wards' 207yds..oh yeah I'm pretty sure we've read what you all have said too lets just do the talking on the football field Friday night and see who wants it more...GO BUFFS!!!

You talk about our confrence like your not in it? Happy Valley beat the same teams we did and only had 2 more wins? We lost to CG and SG by less than a TD combined and GP just killed us but the other two loses come from you and Greenback i don't see why you can keep throwing our schedule at us when you play the same people

Calm down man or woman. Lets do our talking with our play tomorrow night, no since in anyone starting anything on there, its just going to go back and forth between you all, so just let it go, everyone. Anyways rain is what it is calling for tomorrow night, HV people? How do you all think that will play into the game?

Go Buffs

    • Deja vu all over again, 7 yrs apart. SMDH Does anybody talk to each other?
    • OK, well, that’s because two quarterbacks can’t start. That’s football 101. The main quarterback won the starting job, so he was on varsity, and the Seymour transfer did not win the starting job. He played some varsity. He was mainly junior varsity, and he balled out when healthy, so for the starting quarterback who’s been starting varsity since his freshman year, if you have any form of proof that he’s gotten worse, somehow, whether that means stats or whatnot, please feel free to share.
    • They’ve both gotten worse. I’ve seen enough games to know that.
    • The only two transfers that Bearden has gotten that went on to play college football were a defensive back from Karnes, who transferred here way before the new coaching staff got here, and a running back from Carter, who went on to play at Maryville College. Both players received those offers while at Bearden, and both players got a diploma from Bearden High School. Therefore, they are Bearden kids, and you can’t do anything about that.   The transfer from Seymour didn’t win the job, what do you expect two quarterbacks to start at the same time? He played great on JV when he could stay healthy, and when he came in on varsity, he did great. The quarterback position is definitely going to be in good hands when the current starting quarterback leaves, but until then, they’re just going to be battling it out like every good quarterback competition does. The current starting quarterback has his flaws, and that is in the pass game, but what he doesn’t have flaws is running and scrambling, and if you go back and watch any game, which I’m sure you didn’t watch any, we used him very often, and when we needed a deep ball, we brought in the transfer from Seymour. The starting quarterback last year will be a senior this year, and the Seymour transfer will be a junior, so the Seymour transfer is definitely going to get his spotlight. He may even win the job this year. Football isn’t about who the newspaper thinks is the best kid. The best kid in the position will win the starting job, and I trust the coaching staff more than a newspaper or article to pick my starting QB.
    • I mean, we’ve only gotten two transfers that went on to play college football, one who went to UT Martin came his second semester junior year before the new coaching staff was here, and the other one went on to play at Maryville College, in which I don’t believe he had any interest prior to transferring.
