from what i understand, and i know the officer, there was no powder substance. that is why it was so crazy. he had nothing on him, did nothing wrong, and has nothing on his record. if someone had something like that on record they would not be teaching. plus cocaine is a felony, sentenced with jail time. why would he be treated different if he had a powered substance? he did not do any jail time, and was only questioned. that does not sound like arrest to me!
