Does your Club team provide core Strenghth Stretching

Ok, you decided to play Volleyball. Yes,its the fastest growing sport for Girls in the State. And now you like it and you want to be better and imporve your skills. And yes you can start it in the 10-13 age range. Are clubs available to do that and can the skills be transferred to your Middle School. Yes they are. Can you compete against your friends in school or in off season in Club. Yes you can. How do I do it. In doing it, consideration of including core strength training, stretching, flexability, quickness and speed in the package might be the right thing to do because they are healthy areas to include also and finding a program that would include these things would be wise. After all, its best for you. Getting a year round program from your PT or therapist might be wise bacause you might be playing two or three sports and to get a written program to make sure everying is covered is a smart thing. Do you have to join a core traning business to make it work? No you don't. Do you need a written program? Maybe so or maybe not. Health wise is it a smart move. yes. Will it help your skills and help you to be better? Likely. Start volleybll today or at least investigate your interest. There's a lot of enjoyment, time spent with your friends and a way to stay healthier.
