2009-2010 Schedules and Rosters

You can now enter schedules and/or rosters. Do NOT enter any scrimmages or jamborees! We only want games that count in your school's record.

 

Please follow the following directions closely:

 

HOW TO ADD SCHEDULES

 

To add a schedule, go to the Inside page for your team and click "Schedule/Results." There is a link on that page called "Add Games." This will launch a popup window with the "Adding Game" form. If you use a popup blocker, you will have to disable it temporarily to add games.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

- The games you add will not appear on the website until they are previewed by site operators.

- In order to save time, add only those games that do not already appear on the schedule.

- Use the drop-down menu for all games against in-state opponents. If the school is in the list, do not type it in.

- If the game is a district game, be sure to check the appropriate box.

 

Finally: Until you're very familiar with the form, be sure to look over it before you submit it each time to avoid mistakes.

 

Once you have finished adding the schedule, close the popup window. Your entry will appear on the website once CoachT validates your submission.

 

 

HOW TO ADD ROSTERS

 

To add a roster, go to the Inside page for your team and click "Roster." Add the players. You must include information in every field except weight. That is optional.

 

To add schedules and rosters, find your school's team Inside CoachT.

Schedules, or partial schedules, that we currently have.

 

When you make a mistake, and you will /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> , then email me at coacht@coacht.com and include the link to the schedule or roster in the email. Including the link to something that needs editing saves me a tremendous amount of time over an entire season.

Coach, I've tried entering Gibson Co.'s schedule on 3 different occasions. It has given me an error each time in a yellow box.

I put a couple of them in with no problem. Try again (being sure to use 12-1-09, for example as the date format) so I can see if it works for you.

hey coachh, i cant seem to get it to work either. i have tried to enter a couple of our games and the results but it didnt go through. the team is knoxville halls girls varsity. please put these in for us, it makes us look better on paper with the wins,lol. we really would appreciate it. thursday,nov.19 at home against south doyle. halls won 58 to 22. friday,nov.27 ai gibbs thanksgiving tourney. halls won 51 to 45. i see some of our games that are not on your schedule. heres our complete schedule if you dont mind adding the games for us, the girls do visit your site everyday along with the rest of us coaches and dads. tues. dec 1 at karns fri.dec 4 home against central mon.dec 7 home against union co. tues. dec 8 home against hardin valley fri. dec 11 at anderson co. fri. dec 18 at clinton mon,tues,wed. 28,29,30. union co. discount pharmacy tourney. tues jan 5 at central fri jan8 home against powell tues jan 12 at o.r. fri jan15 at campbell co. tues 19 home against karns fri 22 home against gibbs tues 26 at hardin valley fri 29 home against anderson co. tues feb 2 home against campbell co. fri feb 5 at powell tues feb 9 home against o.r. thurs 11 home against clinton fri feb 12 at union co. mon feb15 at gibbs thanks, bballfan32178

Someone has entered a game on Jan 16th 2010 on the Cascade HS Basketball site for a game with Webb School. That game is not on our schedule. Can you remove it?
