Great week in Dallas for TN Girls Soccer.

 

Only two states had girls teams advance out of Bracket and into Quarterfinals in U14,15,16,17,18.

 

NTX and TN.

 

(Not GA, not NC, not OK...but TN)

 

The Brentwood U14 girls went undefeated in their bracket, beating:

SC State champs 2-0

MS State finalists 4-0

GA State champs 2-1

before loosing in Qtrs to the NTX #2 Team 2-3.

Just a quick reality check for Tennessee soccer: Here are the Division 1 National results. Not only were there ZERO TN region 3 champs, Region 3 did not fare well nationally (1 Champion - U16 Boys from N. Tx). There is a long way to go to develop this region and TN in particular.
