Webb - MJCA canceled

Tonight's scheduled Knox Webb game at MJ Christian has been canceled due to concerns about the weather. It will NOT be made up.

heard game was canceled and wont be made up cause mt. juliet forfeighted the game. webb gets the win. Is that possible, does tssaa allow this?

You can forfeit a game whenever you want, to my understanding. If the game contract specified a fine, MJC might have to pay Webb for it, but in this case I suspect they will decline to enforce that provision. The only way I could see an issue is if they were doing it to manipulate the playoff standings, and I imagine it would have raised eyebrows in that respect if Webb had decided to forfeit. But with a winless team conceding to an unbeaten, I don't think there's an issue.
