Public vs. Private

I know there is always a debate come this time of year, but is there a good reason why there isn't a Private State and a Public State?

 

It just seems the private schools are at such an advantage over public schools..

Interesting, the debate comes from things other than W-L. Thats very seldom brought up. What is mostly brought up is that Richland and Cornersville doesn't have enough cars to take the players to the nearest school. But they can build another school. You had a good thought.
