I forgot what number the kid had last year but i hope he moved on. He played LB and was all over the field on us last year. Does AD still have the big linemen ?

the kid at Linebacker was Josh Carroll he ended up winning Mr football last year and has went from a invited walk on to 2nd on the depth charts at Austin Peay. Great young man. We are bigger faster and stronger on the line than we were last year. I really wish we were not your homecoming because we we take offense to be selected for homecomings. Looking for a good hard fought game this week between the Trojans and the birds. At least right now it does not look like it will be a repeat of the mud slop we had to play in last year. Rain looks to hold off.

 

Adamsville like to be physical and has really started playing some football the last couple of weeks. Our only problem is we are a walking mash unit right now.

It has not been that long ago that we were selected for homecoming every game. even once we were homecoming in week 1. I promise you these kids remember that slap and do not want to ever repeat it. So they now take it to anyone that wants to select them for their Homecoming date. I look for the cardinals to line up and control this game from the trenches. the best defense to any speed at all is to not let them have the ball so I look for us to pound it all night and control the clock.

I here the wood has some speed , and we got speed !

But we got all them big ole linemen back, what about the wood? I have a feeling we will pound and pound and pound it!

This will be a great game!

Looking forward to the game but not the trip up!
