EDIT: This game did not hinge on goalie play at all.

 

I kind of wish I hadn't bit ..... fishing at the expense of others is not really that cool. I should have said nothing in the first place rather than trying to be subtle. I absolutely respect all Goal Keepers. They are a special courageous athlete willing to put their body on the line, and put themselves in a position where any mistake is under massive scrutiny. Strikers have no such issue ... their "mistakes" are just "unlucky" shots and the score stays the same.

Don't know who said it, but:

 

"I'd much rather be a striker than a goal keeper... as a striker, you can miss 9 and make 1 and be the hero. As a goal keeper, you save 9 and miss 1 and be the goat".
