Wrong again buddy!! Jackson County is the clear favorite to win this region. They have the 2 best players in the region in Jordan Godwin and Drew McMillan and the best supporting cast that get after it and play lights out defense! They defeated AA powerhouse Livingston Academy by 23 points at Livingston they have beaten Pickett Co. by double digits even when the refs tried to give it to Pickett. They destroyed both Gordonsville and Trousdale Co. They are getting better every game, if they continue to improve they will win the region hands down. We just hope we get RBS in an elimination game this year!!! :popcorneater:

No one can beat Clay if they shoot like that. 22 had 7 or 8 threes while only missing one, and two or three more of their guys threw in some. i would like to know the stat of their three point shooting and free throws from that game if anyone has that

Someone said after the game they hit 11 three point shots ( Birdwell 8, Boles 3)....I think they were 13-27 from the charity stripe. On the other side we hit only 3 three's and were somewhere close to the same on the ft line. We had one ref that had no clue but refs didn't beat us....Birdwell (#22) did. He was smoking!

Congrats to Clay Co! I wish we would had Hill in the game maybe he could have matched Birdwell's totals.......We dominated inside but couldn't hang with them from the outside. Hopefully we will have Hill/Patterson/Johnson back in January when we travel to Clay for the rematch!

Like I said they are tough from outside but doesn't have much of an inside game! They hit 13 3's against RBS and RBS had a hand in their face for most of the night so over all they're just a great outside shooting team! The rematch should be a good one!

When we finally get healthy again FCS will be a very hard team to beat. With 11 Juniors to go with 2 seniors we have a very deep team and many of our reserves are gaining good experience right now. With 3 starters out we are struggling, but one bad game doesn't make or break a season this time of year. Mark my word FCS will bounce back soon.

Injuries can kill a team...I've seen some teams go from one of the best in the state to a team that struggles in their own district. You just got to hope they can get better and playing...Good luck!

by the end of the year clay co. will be alot tougher than they are now , they always play better come tourney time.

Seen where Clay Co beat Gordonsville last night by 16 or so.....Where was #22 last night? Crap only 6 pts? Boles had 23.....I guess we help Birdwell to have his career night at FCS.........

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
