Was just wondering what everyone thought, a catcher is a leader on a team as much as a pitcher, communication,blocking low balls,framing pitches,pop time and generally a strong bat.There is the list of skills set, now fill em in, lets see wat Mrnoitall has to say

I haven't seen that many of em but I was at the Ooltewah tourney and watched a couple of the Coffee Co. games to see what all the chatter was about and that little catcher throws the ball all over the place and gets people out! Blocks the ball well and frames as well as any I have seen, I don't know what she is hitting but when she swings she gets her money's worth and she hit well there!

Leanne Baggett Houston County. She can do it all call pitches hit home runs bunt throw em out from her knees and play the field if you need her to.

Kid from Coffee Co. is quick as a cat and has tremendous power for her size... i've seen her throw baserunners out from her knees...don't see that too often. Lincoln Co. has a girl with a strong arm as well.
