District 12a usually is pretty tough and some great competition but seems to be down this year with the exception of Perry County, Can anyone contend with them as they look to win the district for a 3rd straight year

 

Summertown doesn't have the highpowered O that people are use to seeing from them in the past, but they are still threatening from a competitive stand point. They have 2 players that can score but they still find a way to win ballgames. They are 10x's better this year on the boards and on D. They held a very good Springhill team to 50 points in a game which predicted to be high scoring. I think Perry Co. Is the favorite but the Summertown PC game should continue to produce a thriller.

1.Perry County- The favorite of this district and will have to play with a target on their back all season.

 

2.Summertown- Its SUMMERTOWN they will be somewhere around the top come season end.

 

3.Collinwood- My dark horse! Young team with a lot of talent and depth. When Montgomery gets back watch out for this team after Christmas.

 

4.Wayne Co- Well coached team that could make a run. Still in football right now and 2 of their best players are on the fball team.

 

5.Loretto- Same as every other year. Might upset someone once but they will finish the same as always.

 

6.Clifton- Same clifton different year.

      I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.

      You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.

      I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
