Dean Martin Roast

Back in the 1970's there was a television show called "Dean Martin Roast" I believe. For you younger coaches out there all the friends of the person who was being "roasted" would come up and tell a particular funny story about the person being "roasted". It was hilarious!!

 

My question here is what coach have you worked with would you like to "roast" if you could. For me, it would have to be Don Stewart. Don Stewart has had a wonderful career as a high school football coach being the offensive line coach at Marion County High School. During his time at MCHS the team won 4 state championships and 2 runner-up trophies. Beyond the field, Don has been a super friend of mind for over 20 years and I love him like he was my own dad. This past weekend we went to Nashville to the Glazier Clinic and had a large time just catching up on old times. Everywhere we go I am amazed at the number of coaches and friends he runs into and talks to everyone.

 

Who would you like to "roast" if you could?

NO! He is a saint! couldn't be anything to roast him with. What a sweet, kind, and considerate man he is. Even his opponents love him!
