TullahomaGuy
Was at the district 8 AAA golf match between Tullahoma, Lawrence Co. and Columbia. With three holes to play the Graymere Pro came out and stopped the district match. Told the coaches to pull their players off the hole they were on so four of their members could play three holes to finish their match. I guess it shows where their support is!!! The nerve of this!!! CoachT
That is the problem with using private clubs but you really have no choice. Most clubs, including Greymere, are normally very gracious in letting high school teams use their course. However, Greymere has a small membership who pay quite a bit for the membership and I guess one or two members complaining carries a lot of weight. If you put groups off both sides, which you normally do, then that may be why there was a problem. Never heard of that happening before, though, anywhere.
