Recommended Posts

Be sure and tune in to 93.9 FM (The Duck) Friday night at 10 pm for Pre-season predictions, Coaches Interviews, and your questions as usual. We have Coach Thomas McDaniel of Oakland confirmed with more to come.

Should be an interesting two hours discussing area teams and how we feel they will do this season. This will begin our weekly postgame show at 10 PM where we'll bring you all the scores and as always, interviews with the Coaches you will not want to miss! We will also be discussing Jamboree results this Friday. Be sure and join us!

    • Monterey at Clay County is now set for Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
    • Huntingdon will get a much better contest than they did last year at CA. CA played much better after the beating by The Stanks last year. They have a nice rb and can throw. Everybody knows what Huntingdon is going to do. The problem is stopping it. As an old man who has played the Huntingdon type offense and defended against it if the CA D line can win the fist two steps after the snap they can blow up the Stanks game. However it's easier said than done
    • Macon and Gordy fans starting a thread about the Trousdale game?  Hmm    jackets did score a late garbage time TD against Livingston.
    • I'd move both games to Bethel in your situation. You could ruin your field with 2 games in the rain on back 2 back nights. Visitors parking still grass covered? If so that would be a nightmare! If can't move games to Bethel put ms game on Monday. JMO
    • I can tell by your post you are one of those workers with tender nipples always with the company, foreman, co-workers etc. are against me. Jeez Bud after 35 years call it a career (if scraping gum up around the facility is a career) and just F'ing retire. The lady in HR has had to be talked down off the roof ledge while threatening to jump because she's sick of seeing your complaints come across her desk.  As for those players that you say so eloquently that can "piss up a rope". May I suggest that some of them will someday play at the college level if they are well coached at the High School level. ( I know HS was unfair so you quit in your freshman year for a job scrubbing the urinals at Mama Wangs Oriental Massage Parlor)  I ride with orngnblk on having the displaced sons of GB come home.
