I don't want this to turn into a negative thread. I think it would be interesting to know what teams have not been successful in the past, but may have the potential to have good programs. I believe there are several ingredients that makes for a successful program.

1)Good players

2)Good coaches

3)Administrative support

4)community support (which usually comes with winning)

5)facilities (which usually comes with winning)

One team that will eventually be good is the Christian Academy of Knoxville. Aquired former Bearden coach Bill Young from retirement, I think they have a good deal of freshman starters, just got their new football field up and going, and they've only been in varsity football for two years. Started this season off rough, but have been gradually improving. With a little help, they'll make the playoffs, but it seems unlikely.
