Well it looks like Leroy is the resident Giles expert so I'll have to defer that question to shim....I mean him.

 

Buckhorn is Alabama 6a. Big Boy Football. More outside money there for sure. Plus the word is they have 3 freezers so the extra food would make him happy! A better gig? Nope. Giles pipeline is full and Leroy is doing all he can to help with recruiting.

 

As far as scrimmages go....Giles usually scrimmages Tullahoma, Lincoln County, and Franklin County. Lincoln (last year) and now Tullahoma are on our regular season schedule so Giles would be looking i'm sure.If we do, Sawdust, ole Rocky, and myself will treat ya to a cold glass of tea! Heck, for you, we'll even bring in 5x for entertainment!

 

Sorry Giles, I thought that was common knowledge to anyone that knows anything about OC or his coaching past. My bad, I'll ask for permission before revealing anymore "secrets".

Hate to hear it now that it is official. Even if Giles is a rival of ours, I hate that he left you guys hanging. Best of luck with hiring a good replacement. I wouldn't have our annual game any other way then both teams at full strength.

According to WKSR sports Coach O Conner stepped down as head coach of Giles County this morning.And that Coach Osteen and Coach Beddingfield have turned down the head coaching job.

Somebody done went and swiped the Giles Coach thread plum off the puter screen! Man can't even grab some shut-eye!

 

According to inside sources.....it's dry and warm this morning. Inside sources say the chance of the roof leaking is slim to none. Inside sources say the coffees hot and the biscuits are buttered. Inside sources say the new coach is a dandy. Ain't nuthing like those "inside sources"....
