I was very proud in Dyersburg last night. The player(s) of the game last night was the Dyersburg O-Line. They did their job which starts the running game. The atmosphere was great last night. Dyersburg is big all around, which size win playoff games, not speed.

Congratulations to North Side on a very good season, many people predicted they will go 3-7 or 4-6. Instead they went 9-3. Yeah some of those games were won at last minute, but they won so you will half to give credit to the Indians for staying in some games and escaping with the win. Really hope Vowell stays at North Side next year, they have 46 freshmen players, and probably the best assistants in the area as well. Good job to the Trojans on the win last night, hope y'all can go to Memphis and win next week.

    • You wanna talk about zoned for Bearden.  Lol.  I don't think so.  But my point was who can blame a kid for not wanting to be in a private school.  Nobody is zoned for a private school, it's a free country right?
    • Great win for the Pirates. State Tourney bound !
    • You're talking about the running back, right? I don’t believe he was zoned for west, but there were numerous players that came from TKA a few years ago and still are. I’m sure some are, but the majority aren’t.
    • Gratitude abounds for Blake Satterfield, whose five-year tenure as the head coach and exemplary ambassador for Trousdale County and its educational system has left an indelible mark. His strategic leadership during playoff seasons was nothing short of remarkable. Anticipating that his future endeavors will be equally impressive.  Perhaps the board members will refrain from undermining the incoming coach as they did in Blake's case.
    • Yeah that's true, I was talking more about football.  If you go to a TKA game, there's nobody there.  The only people there are the parents of cheer and parents of players.    The kid that left and came to West was zoned for West and decided to quit private and go public school.  He won two state championships at West, so hard to blame him there.
