TSCA Posted September 11, 2014 Report Share Posted September 11, 2014 (edited) UP DATE for our 2nd Annual TSCA EXPOSURE CAMP 2014 Exposure Camp Schedule 8:00-9:00 Sign In (players must preregister on line) 9:00-9:15 Comments to Players and Directions, Introduction of Coaches 9:15-10:00 Stretch-Time Runs, Players will be timed from Home to Home Home to First Shuttle Run After timing drills, times will be posted on the Concession Stand of the College Coaches to times 10:00-10:15 Players Warm-ups players will be in assigned groups Pitchers and Catchers will be working together/ Middle Infielders/Corners/Outfielders 10:15-11:15 Defensive Drills Group 11:15-12:15 Hitting Drills in Groups 12:15-12:45 Break for Lunch-The park will have their concession stand open, parents please make sure that you have the players lunch ready by 12:15. Coolers are allowed if you would like to bring yours, we will have water in all of the dugouts for players and coaches. Players may take water breaks or restroom breaks as needed we will NOT do this as group. If you need water or to use the restroom don’t ask go and then get back to your group. Remember to hustle everywhere that you go the college coaches are watching YOU! 12:45-1:00 Teams playing first games will be warming up at this time, it will be your responsibly to be warm by game time. 1:00-4:00 Games all fields we may be using the top fields as well but we will let you know on Camp Day. Rules for Games 1. One hour drop dead time-limit. 2. We will play 3 outs or 6 batters whichever comes first per at bat. 3. If a player walks they will continue to bat but the count start at 1-1 4. If she walks the second time the batter will go to first base, this counts only once for a batter during the game. 5. The players who made the last out of the inning and the game ends will be the last batter in the next game and the next batter becomes the first batter for the next game. 6. We will be changing positions throughout the game where the players can play their primary and secondary positions. 7. Our update has the following information; 1. Cut off date for attending is September 30: We have to get the programs to the printer and having the different color tee shirts for the different classes have to be turned in by the 30th 2. Here is the updated list of colleges and universities attending! I have talked to each one and they are attending, not a promise but a commitment. We have added UT Martin and Bryan College to our list, we are up to 29 colleges and universities and 44 coaches from these schools attending. We expect over 30 before our camp. If you have a player attending we are encouraging them to contact these schools and tell them that your player is interested in their school and they can follow the player through out the day. All of the coaches that I have talked to wants to know if your player is interested in them because they may have never seen them at a Exposure Tournament but will see them at our camp. 4. Each player will be wearing a color tee shirt with your number on it so remember the coaches will be seeing you all day and will be able to place a number to a face.
