coacht, heard that Lawrence co scrimmaged oakland hs last week. any report on how the lost of smith and riddle has affected oakland? willwe see them in the boro come march?

I may not be who you want, but I did watched the game. I believe Oakland will be a good team by the end of the year. Will they be as good as last years team? I don't think they'll be that good. The big post, as she developes, will do some nice things around the basket. The 2 girls, from last years starters, looked very solid. The 2 new girls need to up their level of play to get Oakland back to the state. I think they'll be able to challange Riverdale and Cookeville for the district championship this year. This is just from a LCHS fan watching the game, if your new starters and bench develope you'll have a good year. The tough part is getting through your district and then the toughest region in the state. Maybe CoachT has a different spin, hope this helps. By the way, it's hard to lose the 2 players you did and not hurt some. Good luck in your up and coming season.
