Ripley (74) — Chad Culbreath 45 vs Covington Last Night!

I must say Ripley's Chad Culbreath is the most underrated player in the state hands down. First time I seen this kid play was against haywood last yr in the district championship. Haywood was undefeated and everyone thought Ripley had no shot. culbreath sat most of the 3rd to catch fire in the 4th. Haywood box and 1 him and he had atleast 20 in the 4th quarter. They gave Haywood their 1st lost but Ripley lost in sub state behind Culbreaths 37 points. Manassas (65) — Rayford Albright 26, Tony Atkins 2, DeShun Bell 10, Deadrick Brown 3, Marcus Nesby 8, Courtney Smith 8, Fernando Wilkins 8.

Ripley-Tenn. (62) — Xavier Alston 2, J.Q. Atkins 5, Steven Collins 4, Chad Culbreath 37, Famous Jones 7, Xavier Lumpkin 5, Gerry White 2

Culbreath is hands down the one of the bestt PG in The state if not the best he has no hype like other players in the state but his numbers dont lie. I don't think this kid has no offers. The biggest sleeper in 2015.

Would grades keep him from being a Div 1 player? And for the record, Southwest CC is better than probably 3 Div 1 teams in this state. That isnt a bad thing. Those kids go on to play high level basketball.

he has the grades and made a 22 on the ACT, so he is good in that. It's just gone come down to the point whether teams is going to want a small scoring pg, I personally would sign him just off the fact he can create his own shot and get a shot for his other players

WestTn why didnt you put his numbers up against Union City? ?.I believe he had 16 and shot 30 times. He hardly ever gives it to the big man #35 that IMO is the better player..He is very smooth around the basket. .I believe he had 23 points and x amount of boards and I can only remember him missing only 2 shots...Culbreath is good dont get me wrong but it seems that coach should feed the bigman more offen to win more ballgames..Its not all about the ME ME ME thing..Ripley has a good team but not a good assist team..Please get me Culbreath shooting percentage to make me a believer. .I think McNeal is a little better for sure..He has Vision.

I have seen the kid play 3 times personally so I'm going off what I saw. He was pretty efficient in the games I saw and make a lot look effortless. And as far as stats I'm going off what they post via tnprephoop and daily newspapers. Due to lack of exposure , media coverage in these small cities it's hard for you to get every stat for every game for smaller schools such as Ripley.
