Congrats to Cascade.  Played great!

Cascade has beaten two top 10 teams in the last two weeks.  CPA and Spring Hill

CPA beat 1 top 10 team earlier this week when they knocked out Creekwood.  CPA gets another chance to knock out another top 10 team when they take on Lipscomb tomorrow.

Cascade should have little problem taking care of MLK to advance to state for the first time in Class AA.

CPA and Lipscomb should be a great game.  My take is Lipscomb schedule has been so weak that they aren't used to big games which CPA has been in all year and that CPA comes out on top to make it back to state two years in a row.

Here is hoping CPA and Cascade face each other in the state finals in Murfreesboro for the 5th time this year!

Both of these teams are solid with really good pitching depth. 12AA is one of the best districts in the same so these two teams are probably a little more battle tested. Good luck to both.

Congrats to CPA and cascade, show them in the boro how 12aa does it, good luck really hope one of you brings it home to 12AA.

Being in 12AA has made these two teams very competitive. Hopefully they will play each other again for the championship.

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
