Perry Co in the late 90s went 37-0 and thoroughly dominated everyone including AAA schools. They were led by 6'10" Kirk Haston that went on to play 4 years at Indiana and was drafted by Charlotte.

BGA in the early 90s went back to back in A. They were led by Jeff Vanlandingham, Seth Pettus, and OJ Fleming. Their second title was won by defeating a Goodpasture team that featured a senior Drew Maddux and a junior named Ron Mercer. Goodpasture had previously beaten BGA in their region finals. BGA is perhaps the most fundamentally sound basketball team I have ever seen and tough too. I watched Pettus ball against Mercer with blisters covering both of his palms-it was painful to watch.

Ron played for UK and won National Championship. Was 1st rnd (6th) overall pick for NBA. Game has evolved but when you got game, you got game!

"Game has evolved" goes beyond the game itself. Different environment with T$$AA. Certain rules have changed in the game too. If they were back in high school, they'd fare, but not as well in today's game.
