Hoping Waverly wins since I know Coach McConnell

I've heard nothing but positive things about the man. He's certainly injected some life into Tiger town. I'm happy for all of them.

 

As for the game, what little I've heard it sounds like both offenses are clicking pretty good. So being the first game of the season I think both defenses will take a while to adjust. Thus my high scoring prediction. I do think it will be a tight game though. With home field advantage, I'm leaning towards the Lions but it's really just speculation at this point as I don't know much at all about either squad.

Tough to stop him. Waverly did just enough last year. They couldn't stop us. Doubt they can stop the offense of Waverly again this year...and that Tiger D is looking better this fall than last year.
