Round 1: Cumberland County vs Marshall County

Anyone know anything about Cumberland County?

I saw there stats and nothing stands out. 1500 yards rushing and 600 yards passing. Beat a 0-10 team by 6 points last week. But MC can't have the turnovers that we had last 2 games.

Cumberland county runs a lot of power. They'll try to get 3 yards, and then push the pile after contact. They run hard but lay down after you get up by a couple of touch downs

This one will get ugly real quick. Marshall wins with running clock. Very tough place to play in Lewisburg this time of year.

I don't think Marshall will score as much as they're used to. They've definelty got the better athletes, but Cumberland county is gonna chew the clock as much as possible

yep. If you don't get them in a third and more than 5, you'll get 3 straight runs. They'll power I straight down the field as long as they can get first downs

Our run defense is pretty good and our secondary is a no fly zone. Not gonna get much passing the ball.

you guys shouldn't have a problem. If a lot of your district expects Giles to beat our one seed, you should beat Cumberland county by around 60

I don't know about 60 but I do expect us to come out and play hard. They have a chip on their shoulder from last year's round one. These guys are looking to come out and make a statement. As far as Giles they are unpredictable during the playoffs.
