You are invited to the 4th annual E.B. Krantz Memorial Softball Tournament. This tournament is held each year to honor the late E.B. Krantz who dedicated half of his life as a coach, teacher, and umpire inspiring youth to be their best! We always take the proceeds and provide a local student (or two depending on the amount of proceeds) with a scholarship. We will have vendors set up with T-shirts, hairbows, etc. We will have a silent auction and a corn hole tournament this year as well. It will be a fun family event with some great softball and all for a great cause! Please contact either Tabitha Centers at ztjk11@goldmail.etsu.edu or Denise Hesson at dhesson66@gmail.com for a registration flyer and information! The tournament is August 5-7 in Lafayette, TN. NSA rules apply but not NSA sanctioned. It is 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U and the entry fee is $150.00 for 8U and $200.00 for 10U - 18U. We provide softballs. Corn hole entry fee is $20 per team of 2. Hope to hear from you soon!

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
