In a defensive battle Mitchell pulled it out.

It was a hard hitting game. Our defense has really improved after coach Cole adjusted some attitudes after the Douglass loss. Some seniors felt like they could not be replaced. Well they know now. Our game plan was to play solid defense and control field position. Make Trezevant score off long drives. This was a big win for the program. After the probation and missing playoffs the last 2 years, our fan base needed this.

I guess playing that game on Monday and coming back to play on Thursday took its toll on the Bears. Is coach white back on the sidelines or is he still dealing with the whole investigating ordeal? That's a big win for Mitchell. Did this game cost Trezevant home field in the playoffs?

Teli is not coaching.. That is taking its toll on the team I believe not only is he gone the OC and DC also are suspended. They will not have home field advantage the first two rounds but the semis will be played here. I think it will be a rematch between these two teams to see who goes to the semis. Playing Mitchell in a back to back in a week also was not a good situation.

That's terrible man; there's no doubt that their absence is affecting the team. Any chance that they'll be back before the season ends?

Nobody is talking but the students and they were saying he would be back after fall break but they were not back. I am not expecting him back and its terrible because no one knows what the reason is. I hope talent can outweigh coaching because that is what it looks like we will be relying on during this playoff stretch. Things could get real interesting around the Quarters this year for Trez.
