Well ... with the big issue on concussions ... expect to see more rule changes that are designed to remove those types of collisions. This is a result of CTE.

Yep!!!! Prime example was last JV game. What most would consider a perfect crushing block...decleating at its finest, but was a flag and a good long run called back...
