Greetings and Salutations. Whitehaven is a Solid team this season. We have a gamebreaker in the backfield #21. We have a lot of Young (Freshmen) Talent. The future is bright for Whitehaven. As far as This season, I see us as a playoff team. How well we play against Houston (we got them Friday) will let me know how serious of a contender we are. We played a tough Tupelo team 2nd game and could have won had our Special Teams play been up to snuff. A victory against Houston, the reigning State Champs would put us in the mix. As of now we have a team of about 15 to 16 Seniors and only a Handful of them play meaningful snaps. IF these Seniors can rise to the occasion you'll see more of Whitehaven and Region 8-6A talk from me. Right now I'm trying to do my part to get us back in the 6A Playoffs. As ALWAYS, RESPECT DA HAVEN

We play Tupelo (MS) Friday. I'll be able to tell you better after that game. We got some decent size, athleticism and speed. I think we'll be in the playoffs for sure but we'll know if we're a legitimate State Title contender after this game. #RespectDaHaven
