Sullivan County new school West Ridge (Will they have a coaching search)

Will the coaches of the High Schools (South, Central, North, East) have a shot at the head coaches in Football, Basketball, and Baseball?  Or will they have  coaching searches for this new school.  My kids have done moved on.  Would like to see some quality coaches for this.  I don't know if the coaches in the county now will have a chance.  Let's hear some opinions on this.

They'll probably do like DB did and have one of those national searches, then hire some guy down the street.
