Roy Whited to YORK

It appears that Roy Whited may be the next head boys coach at York replacing Tays who just resigned.  Can he recreate what he did at White County 20 years ago?

Where has he been coaching? He had some really good and very well-coached teams at White County.

Hasn't coached since he left White County.  Accepted the Cookeville job a couple of years back and then backed out.

You have to post the position, but make no mistake it's pretty much a done deal.  I'm sure Whited will be hired after the state lifts their hiring freeze at the end of June.

Gotcha. Found it to be weird it was posted after they had hired someone. Thank you for the clarification.

If they have hired a coach supposedly why are they not announcing? Has there been try outs?

state hiring freeze, can't announce until it's lifted.
