Labor Day Beach Bash

When: Sept. 4 - 6, 2021

Where: Jackie Robinson Training Complex in Vero Beach, FL!

The Jackie Robinson Training Complex’s Labor Day Beach Bash is the perfect way to spend your holiday weekend! This three-day tournament offers you the historic opportunity to play on the same fields as former Dodger greats such as Jackie Robinson, Sandy Koufax, Don Drysdale, and more.

In this “throwback” tournament, you can choose to begin competing with your new age division or conclude your summer season in your current age division.

While you’re here in Vero Beach, your team and families can experience the nearby beaches, golf, restaurants, and so many other activities that the Treasure Coast has to offer. Register today to train, play, and stay with us at the JRTC!

Tournament Information

Age Divisions: 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 16U, 18U

Team Entry Fee: 9U-12U: $495, 13U/14U: $525, 16U/18U: $550

Team Gate Fee: $275/team

Includes
Four game-guarantee (weather permitting), pool play to Championship play
Major League quality fields
Umpires
Game Balls
Team and Individual Awards to Champion and Runner-up in each age division
Admission to all games throughout the holiday weekend

Accommodations
Teams must stay at an approved tournament hotel to participate in the tournament or be charged a housing fee (excluding commuting teams).       TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.

      stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
