Stokomo
The Bahamas Elite 10 was exciting. Tabernacle Baptist took 1st place, but TN High, placing 2nd, gave them a run for their money, losing only by one. Volunteer placed 3rd by beating Catholic High from the Bahamas, and Unaka placed 5th. For those interested, Science Hill will match-up with Tabernacle in the first round of the Arby's Classic on Dec. 26th, I think at 5:30pm. Tabernacle has been practicing like they are playing Science Hill everyday since last year. ____________________________________________________________ For all of you scouts..... #34 is a big-time player. He stands at 6'6" or 6'7" and can jump out of the gym. He had an electrifying dunk during the TN High game. His rebounds are grabbed with elbows almost touching the rim. Great player to be recruited at the D-1 level. I believe he is just a junior.

Stokomo
Unaka placed fifth. Would have done better. The shooting was their the first and last game but couldn't buy a basket in between. As for the Scoluting.... #34 is Tabernacle's Center named Torrington Cox. He was named the tourney's MVP. FIREMANFRANK
most the time tenn teams do not get respect---but sooner or later we all will get respect or at least a few votes on the national level--the best coaches r from tenn
Stokomo
Those making the all-tourney team from TN High were Drew Porter and Justin Hampton (last name?) #11. From Unaka, I think Rusty Chambers. And from Volunteer was Chucky Lindholm, who averaged 19 pts and 11 rebs per game, and Marcus Bellamy.
