So certain schools can buy up the talent? If this passes, bad things will happen to high school sports as we know it. Inner city public schools will be devastated. Small privates will be hurt as well.  There are already rules in place for a kid who wants to transfer to another school. There is no good reason for high school athletics to turn into a wild west recruiting show.   

So you think we went all the way to CA to recruit a player that couldn't even remember the plays? He was gone by game 4 because his dad thought he was better than what he was....We don't care where you come from or how many stars you have beside your name. If you can't understand how our program operates, you won't see the field, period. Pagach was the backup after 4 games as well, and left the program prior to the state game. Players may transfer to get a ring and leave, but this machine will keep on rolling! On to 4A! 

It is the absolute right thing to do, these young men and women need to have the ability to move if the situation dictates it.  A lawsuit would force the change at this point, it is way over due and a change that is needed now.

Seems odd that a high school football and baseball coach would be allowed to do such. Conflict of interest?
