Fix the problem easily.  Do away with 3 classes in DII.  Everyone over 400 goes up to AA and 399 and down goes down to A.   Across the board.  They are all recruiting and breaking the rules. Let them

Three classes is one too many. It is so watered down with 8-10 teams in a classification.  I also think public schools should have only 4 classes like they do in basketball.  Use the same playoff form
