Fix the problem easily.  Do away with 3 classes in DII.  Everyone over 400 goes up to AA and 399 and down goes down to A.   Across the board.  They are all recruiting and breaking the rules. Let them battle it out.  Most are “Christian” based schools so we know they won’t cheat by sneaking players from out of state in and illegally housing them.

That's what I was about to post. This is the best option if you are talking about those Blue Blood programs getting to play in AA if there are 3 classes.

Just move it back to A and AA.  If we have 3 classes and you think Ensworth or BA should move into AA to win a gold ball, you are part of the problem.

Three classes is one too many. It is so watered down with 8-10 teams in a classification.  I also think public schools should have only 4 classes like they do in basketball.  Use the same playoff format used for basketball.   Highest seed plays at home until BlueCross bowl for football.  Elite 8 all play in the glass house.

Stephenhargundwratudy May be correct on that. Just Maybe!

with that , stapenhargisunderstudy believes in a system where and individual should be able to hand pick a team that’s had lots of success in its legally qualified class and move them to a classification where they want want be as successful and championships……so a school with more students can when

it some some championships

whats hargisunderstudy going to do with Oakland?

Booger just sayin

Booger, you are lost. This is the DII thread. Last I check Oakland isn't in DII.

But, if you want to extend them an invite, I'd be happy to see that. In the 2021-22 season where Oakland went 15-0, they played LA and CPA and they squeaked by with a win in both contests.  Impressive considering those two played for the AA ball that year. Let them play the AAA East region gauntlet of a schedule  just sayin

Which is a bogus and short sided view on how it should work….

let’s move CPA up just because they have their act together….but when your program stinks and smell like a loser you can come back down a play with the middle class

Booger bein' right

Can't wait for that Mount Juliet Christian School and FRA region matchup. That's going to be some compelling football. Boyd Buchanan and The King's Academy slugging it out for a mid-October battle for playoff positioning.

    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
    • This whole situation is bonkers. You don’t just kick your star player off the team just because you heard them say the F word; the coach definitely had something against the player, or somebody definitely did. Also, nobody has brought up the idea that the school blackmailed the college to get the college to withdraw the scholarship offer, not to mention that the coach who kicked her off is no longer even with the program; they were fired. I think this is a pretty easy lawsuit. I don’t know if she should deserve that much money, but I think she should get enough money for a full-ride scholarship if she cannot get one after this situation.
