hey guys, well the season starts in a lil over a month, which TEAMS do you think have a chance of winning it this year? im not talkin about singles or doubles but as a team, im just curious on what schools have a strong full roster. thanks

mccallie is deep man. 5 seniors in the top six, and one freshman, who beat baylor's #1 earlier this fall. anybody can play anywhere. i'd say its mccallie's year.

Clarksville High is deep this year with 5 seniors and 1 junior in the top six. The loss of Kyle Dauw and Aryn Subawong was a great one but this team is built up with new players and is out for a shot at state.

The CCS tennis team lost one member from last year's stat championship team and he was #4, but they gained another who is making a serious bid for the top spot. We have 3 senior and 2 juniors in the top 6 with the six spot being fought over by a couple of solid players. I know they could not hang with the D2 schools but who will beat them in their division? Ray Davenport and Cliff Cook made it to the finals in the state tournament for doubles while Brett Bolton lost to Stan Goss (the eventual singles state runner up), and they are all returning for a strong run at another state championship.
